HOW TO UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE ON YOUR BEAM

** You may upgrade Firmware from either a Mac or PC. **

Get the most out of your BEAM by upgrading to our latest firmware. Many features require the latest FW such as Animated GIF, editing GIFs, Panic Button, and more.

* Our Current Firmware version is: 1.5.88

1. DOWNLOAD THE BEAM DESKTOP APP:   FOR MAC   or   FOR PC
2. INSTALL AND LAUNCH THE DESKTOP APP.
3. CLICK THE BUTTON "EXPRESS FIRMWARE UPGRADE" AT BOTTOM OF LAUNCH SCREEN.
4. ATTACH YOUR BEAM DEVICE TO YOUR COMPUTER WITH A STANDARD USB CABLE.
5. CLICK "UPGRADE FIRMWARE" BUTTON and follow the steps on screen.

Note - You can check the current FW version on your BEAM device from within the BEAM Mobile App when you are paired to your device:

• Go to your User Profile Screen, click the Gear Icon in upper right corner, and scroll to the very bottom.
• Beneath the Logout button you will see the App version, and beneath that, the FW version.
